Full size/quality version of my NG Heavy Metal Contest entry. Photo-realism was recommended for the contest cuz thats how the HM magazine cover actually is. But the Reference pic i used was actually an image from the Elfen Lied opening animation

Photorealistic isn't really my style, that being said i don't have Photoshop. So i did the whole thing in Flash 8, and it took a long time(yes i used more blur filter than i care to think about, but how else do you make tones???)

All and all it was a load of fun and i learned a ton while making it.
